Every design is different and finishing each piece by hand requires different approaches.
Thankfully one step can be completed without any issues other than what resolution you decided upon. The 3D printer that we have in operation completes this stage with ease and reliability.
Higher resolution means less manual work at the bench to finish a piece and can really make the difference on intricately fine pieces while the lower resolutions are more suitable for the less detailed items or when something is needed in a hurry.
Costs are calculated on the time it takes to print which in turn comes down to the detail of the piece, the size of the piece and the resolutions chosen.
